Training Evangelistic Leadership is an international missionary
organization. We exist to help the established church complete the Great
Commission, that of proclaiming the gospel to all creation until the Lord comes.
We are a blending of both national and international co-laborers, doing the
work of:

Evangelism
-
Follow-up
-
Discipleship, and
-
Training Others in these vital tasks
As an organization, TEL-China is working toward greater recognition by the
local Chinese church. For more than 10 years we have worked "behind the
scenes" training nationals in evangelism, follow-up and discipleship, preparing
them for a lifetime and lifestyle of ministry. We are committed to serving
the local church as we pursue our calling to Reap and Train Reapers.
We offer training to individuals, groups, organizations and churches.

Our Mission
|
To Reap and Train Others to Reap through Spiritual Reproduction in Personal
and Public Evangelistic Outreaches.
|
|
TEL members engage in the preparation, proclamation and
preservation aspects of public evangelism. We stress follow-up and
discipling, and linking the fruit of evangelism to local churches.
TEL teaches skills in preaching, meeting set-up, music, counselor training,
and follow-up. We use chalk talks, pantomime, puppetry and gospel films to
attract crowds. In addition, we conduct youth camps, evangelism seminars,
discipleship courses in churches, and conferences for pastors.
